Headers & Piping has a 4 year limited  warranty
• This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product if the problem is due to faulty materials or workmanship.
• This warranty covers the original purchasing consumer only.
• Pony Down will not warranty any exhaust product that has been improperly installed, crashed, welded to, or modified in any way. Pony Down does not cover damage to any related components. Neither the seller nor Pony Down will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of this product or inability by the purchaser to determine proper use or application of this product. Pony Down exhaust products are built for off-highway use only and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities.
• If a problem develops call Pony Down customer service and obtain an R.G.A. Number. Return the product in question direct to Pony Down along with your name, address, daytime phone number, R.G.A Number, and a copy of your sales receipt. Warranty cannot be considered without a copy of your sales receipt. If it is determined that the product was defective Pony Down will repair or replace the product and return it to you as soon as possible. 

• All returns must have a Pony Down R.G.A Number, be freight prepaid and have a copy of the original invoice. COD shipments will be refused.
• ***No returns will be allowed on any header or piping builds, We build every order as it comes in so triple check its what you want or need*** special order, obsolete, superseded or damaged parts.
• Unwanted eligible parts may be returned for store credit. Returned products may be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
• Return time limit is 30 days from the original invoice date.

• All prices listed are F.O.B.
• Prices listed do not include freight or delivery charges. All parts will be shipped freight prepaid and added to the invoice unless other arrangements are made at the time of order placement.

Order Terms
• All orders are either cod check, money order, prepaid or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) Unless other arrangements have been made.
• Our open account billing period ends on the 30th. Any account not paid in full net 30 will be assessed a serivce charge of 1 - 1/2% per month will be charged on all past due accounts.
• All refusal will have a $20.00 Handling charge and applicable freight charges billed to the customer account.
• All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge and accounts will be placed on C.O.D., cash only or credit card. Any unpaid NSF checks will be subject to collection and legal action.

• The purchaser must file any claim for loss or damage with the carrier.
• Claims for parts shortages must be made within ten days of delivery.

• Order desk hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST Mon. thru Fri. Shipping cut off is 3:30pm EST. Anything ordered after 3:30 PM EST will go out the next day.

Technical Assistance
• When requested, we will use information gathered from you to assist in determining which Pony Down part would be best suited for your particular application. However, the final decision is yours as to the part choice, application and usage. Parts that have been forced, altered or damaged in any way will not be eligible for return or credit.
